Your files

All tools currently available on Convertly Tools process files locally on your device, using your browser’s built-in capabilities (such as the Canvas API and in-browser PDF and image libraries). When you convert, compress, resize, merge, or split a file:

• The file is not uploaded to our servers.
• We cannot see, store, log, or access the file’s contents.
• Results exist only in your browser until you download them, and are discarded when you leave or refresh the page.

If we ever add a tool that requires server-side processing, its page will say so clearly before you use it, and this policy will be updated first.

Information we collect

We do not require registration and do not collect names, email addresses, or account data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. These logs are not linked to your files, which never reach the server.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand which tools are useful and how the site performs (for example, page views and approximate location at a city/country level). This data is aggregated and does not include your files or their contents.

Advertising

Convertly Tools is free and may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Children’s privacy

The site is a general-audience file utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we don’t operate accounts and don’t receive your files, there is usually nothing for us to hold — but if you have any question or request, contact us and we’ll help.
