The service

Convertly Tools provides free, browser-based utilities for converting and transforming files. The tools run on your device; we don’t receive your files. The service is provided free of charge and may change, add, or remove tools at any time.

Your files and responsibility

You keep all rights to the files you process. You’re responsible for having the right to use the files you work with, and for complying with the laws that apply to you. Don’t use the tools for anything unlawful.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to make the tools reliable, but we can’t guarantee that conversions will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. Always keep your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convertly Tools and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data — remember that processing happens on your own device and originals are never modified by us.

Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
• Don’t scrape, resell, or misrepresent the service as your own.
• Don’t use the service to violate anyone else’s rights.
